Adult film star Justin Heath Smith, known by his stage name Austin Wolf, has been arrested and charged with possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material online (CSAM), the Department of Justice announced Friday. The FBI said that the 43-year-old sent and received hundreds of videos showing child sexual abuse via Telegram. They raided Smith’s Manhattan apartment in April and found 200 videos containing child porn on an SD card, according to the complaint. Smith is well-known in the world of LGBTQ porn and has more than a million followers on X. He was ordered held without bail at a hearing in Manhattan federal court Friday afternoon. As he was led out of the court he mouthed “I’m sorry” to his partner of 10 years. If he is found guilty, he faces up to 20 years in prison for the distribution and receipt of child pornography, and 10 years for possession of child pornography. He is due back in court for an initial hearing on July 29.

Popular gay porn star “Austin Wolf” was busted Friday on charges that he sent and received hundreds of child porn videos out of his Manhattan apartment.
Justin Heath Smith, 43, who uses “Austin Wolf” as his stage name, traded the horrific videos — including one showing a 10-year-old child bound and raped — with an anonymous target of an FBI probe on the encrypted app Telegram, authorities said.
An undercover FBI agent then used that person’s Telegram account to chat with Smith and confirm his identify, court papers said.
The feds raided Smith’s Manhattan apartment in April and found around 200 videos containing child porn on an SD card inside the adult film star’s computer room, the complaint alleges.
Smith, wearing a tight-fitted athletic gray shirt and blue jeans, was ordered held without bail at a hearing in Manhattan federal court Friday afternoon.

Adult film star Austin Wolf has been arrested and now faces child pornography charges following an investigation by the FBI, the Justice Department says.
Wolf, whose real name is Justin Smith, is accused of "sending and receiving hundreds of videos of child pornography via the Telegram application," according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
"I want to make it clear: those who distribute child sexual abuse images prey upon the most vulnerable in our society. Each image is a crime scene, leaving lasting scars on innocent victims," FBI Assistant Director in Charge James Smith said in a statement. "The FBI is relentless in our pursuit of these perpetrators."
Smith, 43, has been charged with one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography – which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and maximum sentence of 20 years – and one count of possession of child pornography, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years, prosecutors say.
The Attorney’s Office alleges that the videos Smith sent and received "depicted children as young as infants, including a video showing a 10-year-old child bound and raped."
"In addition to sharing child pornography via Telegram, Smith is also charged with possessing hundreds of additional videos containing child pornography in his Manhattan apartment," it added.
Smith is set to be arraigned in Manhattan federal court today.
