allora ragazzi sono nelle vostre mani, ho scoperto che digitando da esegui shutdown -a è possibile bloccare il countdown d'arresto
situazione generale: ho windows xo professional, service pack 1, ho scaricato il service pack 2 ma non riesco ad installarlo, ad un certo punto di ferma mentre dice che sta analizzando lo spazo, ho aspettato una mezzoretta ma la installazione non procede
nod 32 mi ha segnalato questi virus, tra cui alcuni molto pericolosi come i virut...qualcuno ha la minima idea di come posso uscirne
la cosa strana è che quando avevo la 56 k non ho mai avuto problemi a questo livello, appena ho messo l'adsl ci sono voluti 5 sec per creare tutto questo

a questo punto una scansione online è d'obbligo. normalmente ti chiedono di installare un client sul tuo pc e poi fare la scansione. ottima soluzione.

il service pack 2 non mi parte perchè mancano aggiornamenti del service pack1, che ho scaricato, ho provato ad installarli ma sembra che anche qui si blocchi ad un certo punto
con "hijack this" cosa posso fare ?
quando mi connetto ogni tanto nod32 mi segnala che ha messo in quarantena qualche poebot trojan, e qualche virut che si trovano in windows/system32, ma io non li vedo fisicamente, sarebbero tutti file .exe, che colpiscono il svchost
ogni tanto si avvia il countdown di arresto del computer che riesco a bloccare con shutdown -a in esegui...
francamente non sono cosa fare, se non sbaglio qualche minuto dopo aver bloccato il countdown, non riesco a vedere video con windows media player, dice che non ha memoria (memoria insufficente) e per lo stesso motivo non mi fa fare il taglia e incolla dei file
e poi notate qualche processo strano in questa foto?

i processi sono strani ma solo tu puoi sapere se hai installato qualche programma che li usa regolarmente; in questo caso sarebbero normali. oppure puoi ricercarli in google e vedere cosa sono
un conto alla rovescia non l'ho mai visto, ma se non è un virus ci manca poco
con hijackthis fai un log che ti vede tutti i processi e poi posti il log su http://www.ilsoftware.it/hijackthis.asp
che l ianalizza e ti dice quali voci sono da cancellare con hijackthis (cautamente)

per avere quante più informazioni sui programmi che si avviano in automatico all'accensione del pc. sono nascosti nei posti più assurdi; questo programma ti dà modo di scovarli. così puoi davvero renderti conto di eventuali virus, trojan, ecc. ti permette anche di disabilitarne l'avvio.
in ogni caso devi fare una scansione con un antivirus.
