Venduto su Ebay un NES per 50.000 $
Random Guy Sells NES for $50,000 on eBay "To Pay Bills"
"Man, I can't live like this anymore. Down on my luck, living paycheck to paycheck, bills piling up... too bad the only thing I actually own is this NES with 42 assorted, not-really-all-that-spectacular games. Gonna have to sell it on eBay. Gonna have to sell on eBay... for $35,000."
This sounds like a crazy person, no? This wouldn't actually work, would it? Well... it did. An eBay user by the name ronald3868 only truly owned one possession: his NES. Out of money and tired of living like a poor person, he put it on eBay for $35,000.
He sold it for $50,000. That's more than $35,000. Much more.
There's nothing special about it. The description points out that it includes 42 games and has a missing screw. Also, the description is full of spelling errors and ALL IN CAPS. But it's his "price possession," [sic] and he couldn't bear to part with it. Maybe that extra $15,000 will let him upgrade to something a little more current-gen.
Is this guy for real, or did he just pull off one of the greatest pity scams of all time? Hope he uses the money wisely (if he ever actually gets it) and doesn't just end up back in the position he's in now in a few years.
