A member of the public, who refers to himself as JJ, contacted gossip website PageSix.com claiming he'd obtained the pornographic home movie but could do nothing with it until its stars have signed release forms. JJ alleges the tape begins with Narain in the nude in her living room switching on some music, and supposedly concludes with the camera focusing on her white cat, with Farrell saying, "Baby, you have the most beautiful (p***y)." The video also reportedly features Farrell and Narain trying out various saucy Kama Sutra positions, with the actor saying, "I could do this breakfast, lunch and dinner." Showbiz website Defamer.com says, "The sellers are supposedly looking for a seven-figure up front fee to hand over the tape for release by a distributor. LOS ANGELES - Actor Colin Farrell is suing a woman for allegedly trying to distribute and profit from a sex tape he says the two recorded with the agreement it would never be made public, the Associated Press reported.

The lawsuit filed Monday seeks monetary damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale or other use of the videotape, AP said.

The news service reported that Farrell, 29, accuses Nicole Narain of trying to distribute the tape through an intermediary. The two had an intimate relationship 2 1/2 years ago and both agreed that the 15-minute tape that shows the couple having sex would be jointly owned by them and would remain private, according to the suit.

The lawsuit also accused the 31-year-old woman of working with the owner of an Internet porn business and contacting the news media about the tape, the AP reported.

The lawsuit said the release of the videotape would irreparably harm Farrell's reputation and career, the story said.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Actor Colin Farrell is suing a woman for allegedly trying to distribute and profit from a sex tape he says the two recorded with the agreement it would never be made public.

The lawsuit filed Monday seeks monetary damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale or other use of the videotape.

Farrell, 29, accuses Nicole Narain of trying to distribute the tape through an intermediary. The two had an intimate relationship 2 1/2 years ago and both agreed that the 15-minute tape that shows the couple having sex would be jointly owned by them and would remain private, according to the suit.

Narain could not be reached for comment. A call to a phone number listed for her showed the number had been disconnected.

A message left for Farrell's attorney was not immediately returned Monday.

The lawsuit also accused the 31-year-old woman of working with the owner of an Internet pornography business and contacting the news media about the tape.

The lawsuit said the release of the videotape would irreparably harm Farrell's reputation and career.

Farrell, who has starred in "S.W.A.T" and "Alexander," and is slated to appear in "The New World" and "Miami Vice," has been named one of the sexiest men alive by People magazine.

SARA' pure superdotato, ma nemmeno questa volta ne avremo la prova. L'attore Colin Farrell, 29 anni, l'Alexander di Oliver Stone, ha fatto causa alla sua ex fidanzata, Nicole Narain, che ha tentato di vendere un video amatoriale, contenente le loro performance erotiche, girato all'epoca del loro legame. Nulla è stato carpito con l'inganno: i due, all'epoca, decisero di filmarsi mentre facevano sesso per puro, privatissimo piacere. Con la promessa reciproca che la videocassetta non sarebbe mai uscita da quelle mura. Come non detto. La ragazza ha pensato bene di monetizzare quegli attimi di passione, ma all'attore, al momento fra i più quotati di Hollywood, non è andata giù.

A dire il vero, non è la prima volta che un video in cui compare senza veli crea qualche problema all'attore, che la rivista People definisce "uno degli uomini più sexy del mondo". Va ricordata la vicenda legata al film A home at the end of the world, diretto da Michael Mayer. Nel quale, in alcune sequenze, Farrell era completamente nudo.

Quando una versione provvisoria del film è stata presentata a una platea-campione, i "gioielli" di Farrell, ben in vista di fronte alla macchina da presa, e a quanto pare sovradimensionati, hanno suscitato reazioni scomposte da parte del pubblico, soprattutto femminile. Così, la forbice della censura si è abbattuta sulla pellicola.

Adesso sono le ire dell'attore ad abbattersi su questo video, di quindici minuti, che la sua trentunenne ex fidanzata (dalla quale si è separato circa due anni e mezzo fa) aveva cercato di vendere a un intermediario, contattando peró anche il proprietario di un sito pornografico, e pure alcuni giornalisti, per divulgare dettagli sul contenuto del filmato e sulla sua - credeva lei - prossima pubblicazione.

Ma nella denuncia presentata dall'avvocato dell'attore si legge a chiare lettere che "il tentativo di fare soldi attraverso lo sfruttamento non autorizzato di materiale altamente privato, è un'azione che eccede ogni comune limite di umana decenza". Soprattutto, si evidenzia come la diffusione di quelle immagini "danneggerebbe irreparabilmente la carriera del giovane attore".

Una vicenda che, tuttavia, ha illustri precedenti. Fra i più celebri, il video con le ardite performance sessuali dell'ex bagnina di Baywatch, Pamela Anderson, con l'ex marito (ma fra un po' si risposano) Tommy Lee. E quello di Paris Hilton, la vivace ereditiera che circa due anni fa si filmó per 45 minuti insieme all'allora fidanzato, Rick Salomon. Video che - non si sa bene come - finì nelle mani del proprietario di un sito porno, e da lì conquistó il web. Garbato il titolo, One Night in Paris.

Tuttavia il curriculum della Hilton vanta anche un'altra chicca: poco tempo dopo il primo, circoló anche un secondo filmetto a luci rosse, in cui la reginetta del jet set newyorkese si cimentava con una serie di acrobazie insieme all'amica Nicole Lenz, playmate di Playboy, in quel dell'Hotel Bellagio di Las Vegas.
